Reversing Rapids.

While you are waiting for slack tide, take a trip - uh, watch your
step - down to the wharf. At the next to last set of steps look under the platform - exposed corner. 'neath
the piece of lumber and a stone is the black pouch.
Please re-double bag, re-seal, and re-tuck securely to keep the
contents dry. Once again I am planting near water so I can only hope the pouch is there when the seasons change
- and they don't come back for that piece of lumber!!
