As you enter this park from Albert Meadows you look out upon Frenchman Bay. Head down the path to the water and
step down onto the smooth rocks washed over for decades. A cluster of small trees hug the edge of the shore.
Behind the one closest to Frenchman Bay and tucked under a flat rock is the black pouch you seek.
Please re-double bag, re-seal, and re-tuck the flap securely to keep the contents dry. This path will see thousands
of tourists each year, so have your decoy camera ready -- but for goodness sake don't remove any of the rocks from the
shore.
